Established North India's first Hemophilia Comprehensive Care Center at K.G. Medical University, Lucknow, in 2015.

Department of Clinical Hematology

Established the Department of Clinical Hematology at K.G. Medical University, advancing super-specialty hematology care since 2011.

Anti-retroviral therapy center

Established the NACO-supported ART Centre at K.G. Medical University, earning national recognition for excellence in HIV care.

Regional NACO Training Institute

Established the Regional NACO Training Institute at K.G. Medical University and served as its Director (2006–2013).

Project Director of State Medical College

Served as Project Director for the establishment of State Medical College, Ambedkar Nagar (2009–2010).

Academic Administration & Leadership

Additional Responsibilities held in the University

  • Led the Center for Advanced Research, driving innovation and multidisciplinary scientific research.
  • Served as Vice Chairperson of the Hematology Board, strengthening academic and clinical excellence.
  • Contributed as a Member of the Institutional Ethics Committee, ensuring ethical research practices.
  • Served on the Stem Cell Ethics Committee, guiding responsible stem cell research and clinical applications.
  • Member, Board of Laboratory Medicine, supporting excellence in diagnostic and laboratory services.
